Our items are shipped by Royal Mail tracked delivery. We only deliver to the United Kingdom.
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery is £3.99, and we will deliver your order in 1-2 working days.
Free Delivery when you spend over £50 using Standard Delivery.
If an attempt is made to deliver your items and no one is in, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to receive your items either by collection from the local delivery office, or a re-delivery can be arranged. Royal Mail offers an online re-delivery service via their website at royalmail.com.
Should the parcel not be delivered to or collected by the recipient, Royal Mail will return these items to us. In such an event, please get in touch with our customer service team. Handling and shipping charges apply to resending returned parcels.
If the delivery address supplied on your order is incorrect, this must be notified to us prior to the parcel being dispatched. Once the parcel has been dispatched we can not take responsibility for an incorrectly supplied delivery address or for the parcel being intercepted or delivered to unintended persons. Should this occur, your 'Order Dispatched email' includes a tracking reference which you can use to follow its delivery progress and notify Royal Mail to rearrange the delivery in certain circumstances.
Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery, we cannot accept liability.
Adverse Weather Conditions
We make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, factors beyond our control may affect deliveries, such as adverse weather (e.g. extreme heat). In such cases we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
